We love pets! We allow both dogs and cats. We charge a $20/month pet rent for a cat and $50/month for a dog. We have a 40 lb weight restriction when fully grown. Some dog breed restrictions apply: Chow, Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, or a mix of any listed breed will not be accepted.
We accept reasonable requests for service animals, just let us know on your application. Our team approves requests that adhere to Fair Housing laws.
